Women:

Menstruation discomfort: Apply ¼ - ½ of a 5mL teaspoon to the soft skin regions of the body, sequentially rotating to a different part every day. Use 1 to 2 times daily for 21 consecutive days, then discontinue use for 7 consecutive days each month. (Starting Day 1) The soft skin regions of the body are the inner and upper arm, chest, neck, abdomen, inner thigh and behind the knees.

Menopause: Start on Day 7 with ¼ of a small teaspoon am & pm then as above creating a new cycle if necessary.

Men: Use a ¼ - ½ of a 5mL teaspoon to the soft skin regions of the body. Can be applied to the same spot everyday - site rotation is not needed. Best results for E.D. when applied to testicle sac directly.
